1.1 In addition to any warranty that you may have purchased with your Goods, all Goods that we supply are warranted free from defects for 36 months from the date of invoice. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

1.2 Subject to clause 1.3, goods found by us to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced with an item of an equal or better performance and equal or better value at the time a return material authorisation (“RMA”) is generated within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days products will be sent to a designated repair specialist who will repair to an equal or better specification.  All Products being returned under warranty must have been issued with a valid RMA number. Any goods received by us without a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender. We request images of the computer and all components before shipping to ensure the items are not damaged before transport. We advise the end user keep all the packaging for their computer in case they need to return it.

 

1.3 If you order a dedicated graphics card and the manufacturer name is not specified in the product description or on the final invoice, then you will receive a graphics card that meets the specification of the model/version stated. If the graphics card is exchanged under the warranty, then we will supply a graphics card that meets or exceeds the specification of the original product selected. Graphics card used for bit coin mining will invalidate the warranty.

 

1.4 This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from wilful damage, accidental damage, negligence by you or any third party. Please follow instructions from Cube on setup and usage (e.g. correct ventilation / adequate environment), failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the manufacturer's approval will invalidate the manufacturer warranty as well as installing the PC incorrectly (e.g. in an unventilated space / hot or dusty environment).

 

1.5 All LCD displays sold on this site are Class II LCD panels. All of these panels adhere to the ISO 13406-2 standard which regulates the acceptability of defects and protects the end user. ISO 13406-2 recommends how many defaults are acceptable in a display before it should be replaced within the terms and conditions of warranty. The production techniques of today cannot guarantee a completely fault free display. For detailed clarification on this please call the Cube sales team.

 

1.6 Box cannot be held responsible for any loss of data. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure their data is safe and backed up. There may be times where hard drives or solid state drives need to be formatted or replaced depending on the issue.

 

1.7 Box allow their customers to add parts to their computer, however you must adhere to the points below;

• If the actions of the person installing the parts/components causes damage to the computer, your warranty will be void;

• If you install components that are not purchased from us and they cause problems with your computer, your warranty will be void;

• If you install components that are not purchased from Box, we will in not support you in installing them or with any help with problems you have relating to the components you have installed.

 

1.8 We reserve the right to suspend the warranty or refuse service if your Case, Motherboard, CPU or BIOS have been replaced without approval from Box LTD. You must inform either in writing on the phone if you wish to make these type of upgrades.

 

Any tampering, repair or modification by unauthorised personnel or third parties will void the warranty.

 

1.9 All warranty work needs to be carried out by Box Ltd. Any work carried out by third parties in an effort to repair an issue will result in the warranty being void. We will not pay for nay work carried out by any third parties. If you need to return a computer to Box then please follow the Box returns process.

 

1.10 If hardware or software suffer from failure or are damaged or corrupted, then Box Ltd are not liable for any data or software that is lost. This applies to software provided by us or third parties installed by the owner.

 

1.11 Framerates

1.12 If for any reason you need to return your PC to us for repair or any other reason, we will require images of the PC before it is returned to us. To ensure safe transportation of the PC, you must keep original packaging including box, padding and internal packaging.

 

1.13 Promotions including game codes, vouchers, free items and cash back are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. We cannot be held liable if promotions have expired, discontinued been terminated or due to lack of stock availability. On occasions where promotions have expired after ordering a PC but before the order is dispatched, we cannot help responsible in this scenario.
